Daniel Silverie III has over 42 years of construction experience including 30 years in construction management. His career encompasses multi-family residential, single family homes, affordable housing, condominium conversions, apartment rehabilitation, commercial/office buildings, tenant improvements, churches, and even orphanages abroad. He is responsible for the success of Silverie Properties through marketing, maintaining customer relationships, managing cash flow, and overseeing estimations.
He has won numerous awards for his quality in construction as well as received recognition in providing low-income housing in some of California’s most sought after real estate markets.
After serving in the Air Force from 1963 thru 1967, Daniel went on to attend the Police Academy at Gavilan College and served the community of Monterey for several years as a Deputy Sheriff. He eventually joined his parents in their family business and decided to branch out on his own in the construction industry. Mr. Silverie gained many contacts and associates through his parents company and maintained those associations as he started his own businesses in 1976.
In the year 2000 Daniel began Silverie Properties LLC and has completed some well known projects. While there is a strong focus on affordable housing, the company has branched out into other areas of interest also. Silverie Properties has developed luxury homes in Monterra Ranch Estates and Quail Meadows. They have also been involved in the construction of many single family homes on the Peninsula.
Mr. Silverie has worked closely with the Salinas Redevelopment Agency and the Monterey County Housing Authority to construct the Plaza Grande “low income housing” development in Salinas.
Mr. Silverie and his wife Patricia live in Quail Meadows, and have three grown children and four grandchildren.
