PLAZA GRANDE
Plaza Grande is an affordable housing complex in the downtown area of Salinas California built in 2003. It is a 91 unit building with a recreation room for tenants. Silverie Properties won the Public/Private Economic Development Partnership Award for 2007 for its collaboration with the Salinas Redevelopment Agency.
